From an Emirates NBD alert to a Stash transaction
- Emirates NBD sends a transaction notification or email containing useful purchase or payment details.
- After you enable the relevant Stash import option, the app processes supported message formats on your Android device.
- Stash extracts available fields such as amount, currency, description, date and card hint.
- You review and correct the candidate before confirmation.
Stash never asks for your Emirates NBD username, password, PIN or one-time password, and it cannot move money.
What Emirates NBD says about transaction alerts
Emirates NBD says it sends transaction alerts for debit- and credit-card purchases, transfers and payments to a registered mobile number or email address. Its security guidance also says the bank communicates transaction details by SMS and email and does not request passwords, PINs or authentication codes in those messages.

What is supported
Stash has regression coverage for representative Emirates NBD transaction-alert formats, including purchase messages with foreign-currency amounts and card hints. Support is format-specific, not a promise that every Emirates NBD message, product, language or future wording will be recognized.

Set up notification or Gmail import
For Android notifications, grant Notification Access and select the Emirates NBD app inside Stash. For eligible transaction emails, connect Gmail through Google OAuth and enable the optional read-only import. You can use either source, use both with duplicate review, or keep entering transactions manually.
Important limitations
- A delayed, hidden or disabled alert cannot be captured at the expected time.
- Changed wording or incomplete details may produce an uncertain or incorrect candidate.
- A notification is not an authoritative replacement for your Emirates NBD account or statement.
- Stash is a budgeting tool, not a fraud-monitoring or payment service.
Stash is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Emirates NBD.
